Didn't Receive Shards

I just purchased 5 Poe shards from the Cantina shipments and didn't receive them. Prior to buying the shards I had 15/30 and after our hashing them I still only have 15/30. The Cantina tokens were taken from me so as you can imagine I'm annoyed by this since it takes considerable time to amass 400 tokens. Has this happened to anybody else and if so, did you receive them in the end?

hey, same by me, and i realize that more shards for Poe are lost. I have 34 but it have to be 44 + that five.
I wrote an ticket and hope i get them.

I'm pretty sure I'm missing 10 so I've asked them to look into it.

The same thing happened to me. Check to see if you have any Qui-gon shards. Right now I have 5/25 which I never purchased. I'm thinking my Poe shards ended up turning into Qui-gon shards and his addition mucked up all the cantina purchases prior to refresh.

The same has happened to me, no extra Poe tokens but I have 5 extra QGJ

I hope not they are changing Poe out for QGJ, take stormtrooper or jediknight guardian insted, the chance that I would use cantina tokens on them are close to zero, only if there was no one else to use the tokens for I might do it

Poe is still purchasable.

Thanks for the reports everyone. I've brought this up with our team here to see what might be going on. If you tried to buy Poe shards but didn't receive any, please double check to see if you instead received Qui-Gon Jinn shards.

Yeah I got QGJ shards instead, my shipments were still on cool down so there was no option to even get QGJ, unsure if this will continue once he is in there or just happening now before he is added

My reset on shipments has just happened, I have purchased poe again and this time I have received his shards. Believe it must of only been when purchasing your first shipments when QGJ was not there that this bug was happening, hope this helps in some way

@EA_Jesse while you're at it could pass a message up to get admins that understand English? I'm all for diversity but I had to give up and n my issue because I couldn't get them to understand.

@Blev08 Thanks, you are right. I did have 11/25 shards for QGJ but I now have 16. I never did a refresh after the update so QGJ wasn't even available to me at the time of the purchase.

@EA_Jesse It happened to me too!
Received QGJ instead of Poe after midnight. This morning I bought 5 more for Poe and worked.
What will happen with the 5 missing Poe or the extra 5 QGJ?

I have sent a ticket, been chatting back and forth, they have been very understanding but not mentioned anything about getting the 5 poe shards back which is a bit concerning. The last message said they had closed my case. They acknowledged there was an issue and said they were working on it, said it will definitely be fixed. Again no mention of getting my missing shards back
@EA_Jesse any idea if we will get the shards back mate?

@RogueXI They said the same to me, so when I quizzed them on it they said it's down to their "specialist" whether I get the shards or not. It's annoying because I only need these 5 shards to get him to 4* so I can stick him into my arena team and cracked the top 10 again.

I'm having a similar issue, but for farming characters on hard story missions. It's happened with multiple characters, but I recorded detailed information for Barris. I've also opened an ticket at help.ea.com, but it's getting randomly closed without any reason as to why.

I didn't get one of my cantina purchases ( Ahsoka ) recently and think I didn't get another as well.
files a ticket, spent 15 mins on the phone and did what they told me ( click restore purchases , in settings).
Did nothing for me, this was 12 hours after I bought the shards to promote Ahsoka, he said to wait 24 hours and see if I get.
38 hours later a 30+ min phone call with them, and having to explain the difference between the Cantina and shipment and other stuff, at the end ---- Sorry >> ( ? What ) can we help you with anything else.

I had this issue a few months ago. I was receiving aluminari shards when I was trying to get 5's from the cantina. Reported the bug but no reply.
