Casual Elite (144 mil GP) seeking a few members

Greetings!
Our community, Casual Elite (CE) has a few spots open as we had some long time members retire from the game Our goal is to maximize the potential of every member of our community and to have fun doing it. We have been around since guilds were introduced (the 16th registered guild on swgoh.gg) and the members are mostly adults (age 30-50).
We have had Heroic tank and Heroic rancor on farm since last December, and we have been taking down the Heroic Sith Raid for a couple months. Most members are getting Traya in the next 2-3 weeks. We are currently at 144 mil GP (with departing players) and are hitting 43 stars in light side territory battles and 44 stars in dark side territory battles. We would like to get some like-minded members who would support us with their engagement and take part in our discussions. For those who would be interested, here is what you can expect from us:
- A friendly and international environment of passionate players without drama
- A solid framework with low turnover
- Non-intrusive leadership, with members that discuss and propose ideas to the community
- Respect for all in the guild regardless of roster size
- Rotating start time for raids to avoid timing disadvantages for members (set schedule with time variances)
Here is what we expect of you:
- Full activity -- completion of combats in both TB's, active in TW, etc...
- Discord account and swgoh.gg account
- Maturity in discussions
- Top 50 arena rank and at least 2.5 mil gp or very close to that and the drive to continue to advance
