Have Vader shards been removed from fleet shipments?

I haven't seen any in over two weeks and I check every refresh. My guess is that this is another mechanism changing percentages in the game to force money spending. Once I got close to 7*'ing Vader they stopped showing up.

Anyone else not seeing Vader in fleet shipments or seeing this same mechanic?

I 7* him a bit ago and still see him almost daily.

Got some yesterday, I do feel as though they've been showing up less often.

Happend to me with rex needed 15 shards for 4-5 days and he went missing...now hes finished boom hes there every day

They showed up regularly (on a normal rotation) for me as well until I got close to 7*. Two weeks ago was the last sighting... not exaggerating.

Same here, though my coworker still gets them regularly, who has Vader at 5*.

He was pretty rare until I finished getting him to 7*. Now he's there every other day. Yesterday he showed up in two slots at the same time.

They appear pretty regularly for me, but I got him to 7* a couple of weeks ago so I haven't being paying quite as much attention as I used to be. It seemed that he appeared every 3 days or so when I was actively looking for Vader.
