Proof: Poe's special does not always hit against enemies with no protection

I have reported this bug several times in the past month or so and have not seen any acknowledgement. So here is proof.

I targeted Imperial Tie Fighter which clearly has no protection with Poe's special and it was dodged. This is completely game breaking and incredibly frustrating.

Poe's special can't be evaded, but it can be dodged. That's what happened.

being dodged is the same as being evaded. This is a known bug that has been previously mentioned. I think they said they were looking into it in a previous bug complaint about it.

Other than that it happens all the time? Nope. In order to fix this skill, just add one word at the end of the description... "allegedly." Then everyone will just laugh.

January 12th.. this problem has persisted. Not that I could have known whether or not this has lost me battles, but I feel it has. It's not just the Tie Fighter. I was once dodged recently by another ship.
