4. Savage
5. Do we even include underworld police?

If you can give me a reason why, Id be thankful =D

Already farmed at 7*: Sthan, Sidious, eath koth, AA, 88, 47, ugnaught , takin, nebit, mace and leia.

Savage, instantly defeating an enemy under 25% is great for any area of the game

I would go Nute Gunray, he is possible the next fleet commander and he has the separatist tag.
A fleet with him and geonosians sound like a good fleet meta

Prioritize getting Nute, since he is rumored to be the Fleet Commander of Saak'ak. After you get Nute, farm Greedo for a Scoundrel/BH team.
