Arena - Why does it change target sometimes?

I am so frustrated right now. This is so stupid. Can anyone tell me why the f the game retargets sometimes in the arena?? Ill be pounding sidious or something and next thing I know the game retargets by itself and I waste a special ability and on top of that the opponent heals?!?!!??!? This is complete ****. Please fix this its getting annoying now.
