mm event - cant scroll posible rewards

Well , it is just issue, but extremly annoing, i cant scrol posible rewards here, and it is hapening manytimes at other places too. Why ?
Sometimes i can, but most times not. Fix it pls.

has been happening for very long time, pretty much any toon that has an ability too long and has a scroll bar the bar will not scroll, been trying to check zeta abilities on those that have them to see what does but can never scroll down
any reward page that requires scrolling also does not scroll many times

also at least 80% of time any reward page the rewards are kinda greyed out and you cannot click on them, very annoying in challenges where im wanting to see how many of each reward i have so can do the challenge level iof the reward i need most.

also not a bug but in the guild gear exchange can you make the gear clickeable? so i can see which one of my toons need that gear before giving it away please? instead of having to check each of my mains im working towards for every single gear listing to make sure im not giving away what im building towards?
