Training droids, it allows you to apply more than is required.
Certain level increases allow you to apply more training droids then is necessary to increase to that level. I will use level T1 droids for example but this applies to all training droids and essentially allows you to waste them and the currency to level toons.
When leveling from level 80 to 85, 7,600 T1 droids are required and $1,618,800 credits, but it allows you use 7,601 T1 droids and $1,619,013 credits if you are not paying attention.
Same for level 83 to 84 (this only really matters if you are level 84 because if you are level 85 the excess spill over) 1,600 T1 droids are required and $340,800 credits, but it allows you to use 1,601 T1 droids and $341,013 credits.
