1) You should create an account and bring it up to level 7 first in preparation to join the new leaderboard.
All the guides I ever saw said you join the leaderboard in your 20s (I think 28), this is the first time I am seeing lvl 7-8 as the join time, especially cause you can't even access the board at that time... Can someone confirm?

Look at the time I posted that, it was before the change to open leaderboard at 28.
