I am FTP but have quite a deep roster. I having been trying for several weeks now to complete 9B. I would like to 3* it but I can't even 1* it

I have tried borrowing maxed Old Ben and JKA to go with my maxed Rebels but nothing is working. I have spent hundreds and hundreds in energy trying different things and nothing works for me

I have no allies that have GK if that's what I need.

Any help would be gratefully received
