Endurance AOE bug

The Endurance's AOE hits the selected target plus any target locked enemy ships. However, it keeps triggering a dodge on TFP when it targets other ships (and TFP isn't target locked). I saw it happen twice with foresight (which cleared the foresight) and no target lock, then when I recorded I didn't have foresight up but TFP still had a dodge notification. This dodge is granting Executrix turn meter according to TFP's unique.
