Error in the German Notification
After you manage the Tier-II-Defence-Mod Challenge, you should have a chance for 5-dot-mods, right?
If so, the description in this notification is wrong:

If not, the notification after tier I was wrong, because it said you get 5-dot-mods in shipments after you finish tier II.
