FOTF doesn't gain TM against TL'd reinforcements
This lumps in with the bugs calling in reinforcements, but FOTF doesn't gain TM from his unique ship ability when reinforcements with Target Lock are damaged. Normally he should gain 16.5% TM when hitting a TL'd reinforcement, but that is not the case.
