Raging Assault- Special Cooldown 5
Deal physical damage to target and debuffed enemies and stun primary target. For each enemy attacked, deal +10% damage to all enemies who are attacked. On a critical hit on any attack, gain the Rage buff/debuff for 2 turns.
Rage- Buff/Debuff
+20% speed,+30% damage,+20% potency and -10% Health
Traitor!- Unique Rivalry
If Finn is opponent, gain +20% damage and +30% health. If Finn gains a Buff, gain the same buff for the same duration as Finn has.
Tactically Ruthless- Unique
When TR-8R is above 50% health, he has 100% counter chance and +20% counter damage.
When TR-8R is under 50% health, he gains 10% of his max health when he scores a critical hit.
Conclusion is that FN-2199 is a powerful First Order Attacker who deals heavy damage and has good survivability, but low potency and medium critical chance. He has a rivalry bonus against Finn.
