Wouldn't it be sensible where Zeta's that don't impact the team and only the toon be cheaper? I have hard time putting 20 Zeta on Boba or Kylo when I can put one on a toon that can change the game for the whole team....

c'mon let's reduce to 10 Zeta for abilities that only impact the toon being upgraded!

It's kinda the opposite because the unique ability works in every slot. Not just leader.

Also upgrading leader abilities with omegas required only 3 instead of 5. An argument could be made that zeta leader abilities should require less than the 20 zeta rather than the other way around.
