Xperia devices crashing

This has been going on for literally months now, when is it going to be fixed? Galactic War just crashed on me 4 times in a row, to the point where I just can't be bothered to let the game load again. Earlier, 15 minutes before the squad arena prizes are given out, it crashed on both battles I attempted, and after I looked on the second time I had actually lost my ranking and dropped a prize tier. It's just not fair and this issue needs to be a higher priority than it seems to be.

Please fix this!

I have been stuck in both light side and dark side battles for two months now and I believe to be one of many. Noone seems to be bothered, as far as they get paid from other phone users..

It's just a joke. I get that software can be hard to fix, but it doesn't take 2 to 3 months....
