Are the highest values of mods' secondaries based on the number of dots?

Hi all

It's all in the subject, really: are the values of mods' secondaries based on the number of dots?
In another words, does the highest possible value of secondary stats on a mod vary depending on the number of dots the mod has?
Or to put it another (and last) way, does a 5 dot mod have more chances of getting a high speed secondary than a 1 or 2 one?

Yes it does. More dots = more stats.

Yes, the highest secondaries can only be found on 5 dot mods...

That being said, you can get a really good 3 or 4 star mod can be better then an ok 5 dot mod.

The key to good secondaries is to start from a lvl 1 gold mod with the secondary you want (speed) this will give it a chance to upgrade that secondary the most times.

The increase of secondaries is higher on higher dot mods too.
