Turn order bug maybe?

I just fought a guy with IGD lead, QGJ, Yoda, Rey and RG. I had a team of Palp, Wiggs, RG and QGJ. I hit Yoda with basic from Wedge, Yoda countered, gained foresight, my Boggs went and then Yoda took his normal turn before my Palp which had a faster speed. I'm trying to figure out how this happened. It's only Yoda's lead that grants TM on resist correct? I think he resisted Wedge's defense down and may have still gained TM despite not being lead.
