Darth Vader basic vs Jedi foresight.

Have noticed that darth Vader basic attack will now inflict damage on Jedi with foresight.

Prior to this, it was possible to inflict the ability block through foresight but the foresight prevented the damage.

Is this WAI or bug?

Prior to what? It was like this since the beginning. Vader attacks, jedi loose foresight, attack is evaded but its effects are not, so you get some dmg landing and an AB. Frustraiting but WAI.

Deal Physical damage to target enemy with an 80% chance to inflict Ability Block for 1 turn. Jedi targets cannot Evade or Resist the effects of this attack.

Effects = Debuff (Ability Block) not the Damage

They are actually getting damaged now through the foresight as well, even though a "Dodged" text appears, damage text also appears, and the foresight is removed.

It would be fine if they got hit through foresight, but don't lose the foresight, like any other attack that goes through foresight.

Theyve been tweaking vader for awhile, they dont tell u, if they get it wrong they hope u dont notice. Is this something new to ppl?
