UI problem

After receiving my daily contribution yesterday, I got 2 Mk6 Chiewah Hypo Syringe. As usual, I've got a list of toons on which these items can be placed. I selected one and was redirected to this toon.
And here's the problem. The panel containing the Syringe didn't disappear since I didn't click on 'Continue' because I was redirected to the toon panel. After that, I couldn't anymore click this 'Continue' button and had to restart the game.
Please check.
