Ability mat challenge issue

I've posted about this recently, but I'm definitely getting a problem with the ability mat challenge. For the last 22 challenges I've done (with left to do today) I haven't received a single omega mat. I've checked the rewards each time and they've never appeared. Is there a way I can bring this to the attention of the devs? Thanks
