rancor devour bug still

in heroic rancor as i start a phase for the first time the rancors devour is not on cool down, ive posted before with screen shots but had no acknowledgement of the bug yet, here are some more screen shots. this time both p2 and p3 the rancors devour was not on cool down
phase 2
i have dropped the door before this screen shot but as you can see by the fact i have taken 0 dmg it is right at the start. (aswell as at maximum escape turns, rancors fearsome foe turns left, dropping the door iteslf etc)
i took a screen shot of p3 too but that didnt save for some reason.
it happens in every single rancor raid im in, this is the first time its been both phases though, it also seems im the only one in my guild this happens to
please fix, and please please please atleast acknowledge it

this happens every single raid, its costing me a huge amount of gear
ive posted multiple times, please acknowledge
I see this bug has been re-opened, and our team is giving it another look. Thanks!
