I would think so yes. Why wouldn't he?

I just want to make sure. His gear is quite hefty, and if he didn't, it would definitely affect people's decision to gear em up

I've heard his gear was a lot. I'm finishing maxing DN first, then going to finish Maul before working on SiT. I've heard he's a good tank though.
  • Yes, I used my sith trooper in the first Nihilus event, and he was essentially invincible with retribution up.
Still incredibly vulnerable to debuffs, though. Heal immunity, shock, buff immunity, daze, and stun all shut him down hard.
  • Makes me want to plan a tanky sith squad some day with nihilus lead, sith trooper, savage, palp, dooku/sid. You would have the skills to drain enemy health pools slowly with all the heal blocking and you would have to effective nukes with savage and DN. Probably one of those ideas that is better on paper but it sounds fun to me.
