Delayed Raid Reward Collection

If someone contributes to a raid by posting on the board but then leaves/is removed from the guild, do they still have a chance to collect those rewards if they return within a week?

We want to use alt accounts to cover our 600 energy if someone is short before guild reset. So we would remove someone, use the alt to cover the tickets, and then re-invite them after guild reset. If we do that when a raid is live, does the removed player still collect rewards from that raid?
