Help with tank reward lock out

Two weeks ago, I hopped to another guild to help them get going in heroic tank. After two raids that week, I was locked out of rewards (almost 5 days). I've since stayed with this guild, as they are not ready for me to leave them on their own. This week, we raided Sunday night, (after rewards lockout reset), and today. I'm now yet again locked out of rewards for another 4 days plus. I called ea Cust Serv and they verbally told me that the ticket cap of 270k a week has been decreased for all individuals. Some people say this isn't true, that because I've hopped me and anyone in my position get knocked back to a two tank raid allowance. Apparently there is a thread here about this, that it can be fixed. As you can assume, I'm a bit confused. Can anyone comment on this? Or direct me to this supposed thread?
