Retribution in Fleet
I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure this is a bug.
1) Scimitar stealths everyone and grants someone retribution
2) You get them target locked
3) You then use fives basic which removes all buffs
After (3), the ship still counters. It seems like the counter is happening before the buffs are removed. Shouldn't it be the other way around?
