Poe max speed?

My Poe's speed is 138 (+5). Is that what is meant by 143 max speed or would he get faster with more *?

Stars don't increase characters speed. So 143 is the maximum until they release new gear, or until whining people that complain about Poe being OP have their way.

Thanks. Guess it's random luck when my opponent Poe starts first. I see he has more health and guess he was higher stars.

The way that speed works as far as I know is that Poe's turn meter has 143 added to it constantly until it gets to 1000. This happens on 7th "round" as you could call it of adding speed to turn meters. At that point, it is up to RNG to decide which Poe goes first (This goes for all characters, not just poe)
