Help with emperor palpatine.

Hi I'm having trouble 3* light side hard 7-D. The emperor is one shotting my guys on a 10k crit with his lightning but it only happens when he shocks someone with a buff? I think anyways. Does anyone know the skill set and that if he does extra damage to heroes with a buff? Other times he's just hitting for 2k or so.

I think he's only deadly with offense buff, you may need someone with debuff like qgj. I beat him by I couldn't 3*
It's the only
Mission in the game I couldn't 3* but I have only tried once and don't really car for it atm. But that would be my recommendation
