High Level Gear Question - No Requesting?
As the title might suggest, I was curious as to why some of the higher level gear is not "requestable" through the Guild Exchange? It seems odd and inconsistent - especially in regards to purple gear...some purple gear is request-able and some not.
Of course, all of it is "buyable" in various shipment locations, and some of the gear in quetion is farmable, so it doesn't seem to be a matter of intended scarcity.
