Cannot permanently delete saved squads

If you delete a squad(s) and exit the game the squads that you deleted show back up.
Note: I also entered the squad with Chirpa lead only once and it some respawned itself multiple times, which you can see in the video

Update. I deleted the default tab and the issue has disappered. Seemed to only affect the default tab.
