Can someone please help!

We have decided to run our first heroic Rancor, everything was going swimmingly until we reached p4, we have 18 players who haven't contributed and most of us are out of squads to play, is there anyone who could help us out? We have a free spot in the alliance, TheFinalGuardians, open to over level 65's. The rancor is on around 40% health in p4. You would get the rewards for your contribution

Mercs can't help guilds out anymore since this last update. The merc has to be in the guild before the raid launches. Either get the 18 members to help out or...
