QGJ Humbling Blow
I can't be certain this is a bug and it could very well be a natural game mechanic but I thought I would drop it here before everyone else starts running QGJ and it gets brought up.
QGJ's Humbling Blow ability dispels a buff and grants offense up if the dispel is successful. Currently, when QGJ kills someone with Humbling Blow he never grants the offense up buff for his team. That leads me to believe damage is first checked followed by checking to see if a buff would be removed/applied. I'm not sure if this constitutes as a bug or just the desired game mechanic because technically he is getting rid of the buff lol.
