Luke Skywalker - zeta needed

I believe Luke Skywalker needs a zeta to be useful again, in the same way as Dooku and Sidous got zetas recently. Right now, there's just no reason whatsoever to use Luke, which seems a bit unnecessary.
Additional speed and a dispell would be good additions to this character. How about a zeta to make him a quality toon?
Here's an idea for a zeta leadership:
All allies get 45% tenacity (already there) + are immune to stun and gain 30% turn meter whenever they resist a debuff.
That would make him one of the best leaders in the game, and a superb toon.
