Advantage Bug, Doesn't Critical Hit

I have had the advantage buff and the attack does not crit. The buff says the next attack is a 100%, so Im guessing its a bug. This happens very often with ships, and not so much with the arena, does anybody have any clarification?

There was also times where my attack got evaded and I lost advantage. Im guessing this is intended because I was about to crit but it got evaded so it counts as an advantaged attack?

Mace Windu throws out taunt and crit immunity on ships, so you could be attacking a ship with crit immunity.
