I was wondering if zeta Vader is good in phase two. I use my rebels in that phase but I want to use a second team if possible.

Zader is viable on t6 AAT - with Sidious, Fives, Boba, Ewok Elder (or Tusken Shaman too) you can do some damage at Gear 9/10. In HAAT you will be lucky to get 200k unless you have them all Gear 11. Speaking from experience.

Thanks. I used Vader gear 10 EP gear 10 maul gear11 TFP gear 9 and boba gear 9 and got 1.7 mil. We aren't strong enough to do a HAAT raid so I have time to gear the rest up.
