After recieving the mail with Rewards for Rancor T7 got my credits and Han's shard, but nothing from gear (whole stunning cuffs and 40 pieces of Nubian Security Scanner)

There's a visual bug out there where the prize box says you get one thing but in reality it's something completely different. Lost 40 cuffs and a furnace and instead got like a full Nubian disc and 40 carbanti salvage, this was like November.
