Seems very unlikely with the temporary GW refresh cost patch in place.
Also, there's been very little buzz, no previews, and they were talking about patch notes this week which suggests the update is later.

Update will be Feb 15th. Not sure if it's "the" update but that's next one scheduled.

Sometime this week they will give an update to when the update is coming lol.

Kinda like FFXV, I've been waiting for this game for over 10 years, we finally know it's going to be released in 2016, but when is the question, they finally announced that on 30 March .... they're going to announce the release date ...

Well, they did release small patches on past Thursdays. But it shouldn't be (or maybe it is) the norm. So, it's a fair guess.
