Petition to make Boba Fett as Empire

Shouldn't Boba Fett has empire listed under affiliations? I realize he was also working for the hutts but Hutta isn't an affiliation yet. Clearly in the Empire Strikes Back he is contracted with The Empire as well.
I find your lack of faith disturbing.
