What to do if I regret purchasing something?

Say I bought a little bit of crystals but then I regret doing so, could I ask EA to take away the crystals and return the money?

Probably not, unless you have a valid case. Regretting what you've done is different to other cases for example: not understanding what you were purchasing, or feeling mislead. Send a support ticket to EA explaining what has happened. Also, I believe it's against the forum guidelines to discuss topics like this, so be prepared for this thread to get deleted. Hope this helps
