Asajj Ventress does not debut herself...
I always had an issue with Asajj seemingly debuffing herself when she uses her dispel, I recently zeta'ed her fully and the mechanic works correctly. When she finally is able to keep the buff for two turns if she dispels she keeps the buff till end of next turn. Which makes sense if she's not zeta'ed she wastes the buff on the turn she dispels on.
