When will the other rebels characters be added (Zeb, Ezra, Sabine)?

It takes a ton of gear to get to level 11 and I would like to start farming what I need. When will these characters be added to the game so we will know what is needed to gear them?

You can always find answers to this sort of question in the developer updates forums,

And while I know this does not directly answer your question of when, we can speculate that they will continue to release characters one by one in events on a weekly basis, which you can track with the special character packs "time remaining" in the store.

As far as gear, we don't have any direct info, but you could compare the gear given from specialty phoenix character packs in the shop and just generally farm green, blue, and purple gear in the meantime.
