Question about Zader

Zader makes DOTs reapply after they expire, but if I use culling blade does that remove the DOTs as well or just the other debuffs and the DOTs stay?

It's clears all debuffs but the dots will return.

Not only that, but all dots remain, it doesn't matter who they come from. Thats why Darth Sidious is a great compliment to Vader

Next question would be do they reapply if a toon like Rex or Barris tries to cleanse them?

Yes, they never go fully away as long as Vader is alive.
