first order stormtrooper

I see this has been brought up before but have not found a resolution to my issue yet please help me I have yet to receive the first order trooper I was told about when I started playing do I need to do something special?

I think you got it for playing the game the first week and if you missed it you need to get it by other means?

First order stormtrooper is a reward for early Android players.

iOS players got Resistance Trooper instead.

If you started playing after that, both characters are only available on Hard mode battles via shards.
