I can't figure out why characters that have less speed than any of my players go before me in the arena?

not enough information in the slightest. there are MANY things that effect turn meter and speed

It is possible.. u will find out about it.. sometimes biggs with 140 speed on display can go first than my 200 speed palpatine.
