AAT enraging too early

Noticed today, pretty much in all phases, the tank/grievous was enraging at 3 turns left.

The enrage encounters in the raids have been broken since forever, add it to the pile of bugs that will most likely never be fixed

Phase 2 is totally broken. The tanks gets 2 turns off per topple.

Everyone accepts this as WAI but I am pretty sure it is not how they devs planned it to be.

Isn't that intentional? The tank always loses a turn after being toppled and the fact that it gets 100% turn meter gives him another go, so 2 turns. In P4 it doesnt get 100% TM after being toppled tho.
