Individual raid ticket earnings are 0/600 up to 600/600. This is done by players spending energy in 24 hours.
Under current format the Individual Earnings are bugged and do not accurately let Guild Leaders see an individual players earnings.
In order to calculate this one or more players must screen shot Lifetime Tickets of each player daily and subtract the previous days from the current days and or weekly subract and divide by number of days. This has been proven to be bugged too.
This is alot of work and we of the SWGoH community feel it should be addressed ASAP so that we can get accurate readings.
Thank you for your consideration in advance.
((UPDATED) Note to commenters from the SWGoH community. First of all thanks for all the support. Please continue to keep your comments professional and constructive to get this issue noticed rather than the entire thread erased. Attacking CG will not get us anywhere.
As of 8/10/2017
I have yet to recieve any meaningful acknowledgment on this issue. My hope is this will be addressed in next QOL update.
If I do hear anything you all will be first to know.
We put up with the bug with daily individual contribution for months, so we adapted and used the lifetimes instead.
This was a pain originally but we got used to it, we have to use a tracker to save us doing all the manual footwork, which shouldn't be the case in a game we play for fun, right?
Regardless of this we were happy to adapt and help our guild mate out to keep them on track.
Now the lifetime totals are proven to be bugged aswell now, thus now meaning we need members to take screenshots of their 600/600 and post them on our discord for us to verify.
Surely you can see our view point and why we need this addressing as soon as possible?
Signed. Fully support this as the current alternative of tracking tickets manually outside of the game is time consuming, potentially inaccurate due to concurrent activity, and adds additional effort for leaders and officers of each guild.
As a guild leader who dedicates time to screenshot lifetimes and still runs into issues... I am ALL for this. I know that CG has an insane amount of work to do on all different aspects of the game. But this, to me, is extremely important. Thanks for posting this!
This has consistently been a time drain and is an issue that affects us on a daily basis. We've been reporting this issue for many months with no real acknowledgement. We respectfully request that proper resources be put into fixing this issue. It is a core component of the guild mechanic and we rely on it to effectively run our guilds.
Thank you for your attention to this request, and for a proper reply.
As an officer who has to track tickets with a spreadsheet to accurately know who is and isn't contributing daily, I believe this to be something that should be fixed as it's been a long time since it has worked correctly.
