Bodhi Rook
Clever Rebel Support who spots enemy units for his allies
Unlocks at: 2*
Available from: Galactic War Store
Abilities
Basic Attack – Call Targets:

- Deal Physical damage to target enemy with a 55-100% chance (Based on Ability Level) to inflict Evasion Down for 2 turns.
Special Attack – Spotter

- Inflict target enemy with Evasion Down for 2 turns, which can’t be Evaded. Target other ally gains Offense Up for 2 turns and is called to Assist. If the target ally is a Rebel, Bodhi gains 6-30% Turn Meter. At max level, also give target other ally Potency up for 2 turns. (Cooldown 4).
Special Attack – Intercept Communications:

- Remove 4-10% Turn Meter (Based on Ability Level) from all enemies (doubled against Empire enemies), which can’t be Evaded. All allies gain 4-10% Turn Meter (Based on Ability Level) (doubled on Rebel allies). (Cooldown 5-4) (Based on Ability Level)
Unique Ability – Double Duty:
- While Bodhi is active, Rebel allies with Offense Up gain +20-50% Defense (Based on Ability Level). At max level, at the end of each of his turns, Bodhi grants Offense Up for 2 turns to a random ally who doesn’t have it.
General Strategy
- Take advantage of the +50% Defense Rebel allies gain while Bodhi is alive and they have Offense Up. Grant random allies Offense Up with Double Duty, or a specific ally with Spotter.
- Stack as much flat and percent based Protection from mods as possible, it is possible to get his Max Protection from 15k to 45k.
Hero Synergies
- Bodhi pairs perfectly with the Rogue One crew, and especially Chirrut and Baze. Giving a high health and defense target like Baze an additional 50% Defense can allow him to tank significant damage.
- Because Bohdi has two non-attacking specials and is a Rebel, he’s also a great addition to Akbar lead teams.
Where to Use
- Bodhi can be added as a swap as a fifth member to many Rebel raid squads, and excels most at Phase One of the AAT.

That's what I thought, but neither of Bodhi's specials ever triggers a rebel assist under an Ackbar lead. I've tried this a few times, and just double checked it again. Not sure if this is WAI and this guide is wrong, or a bug that needs to be addressed.
Need to try this as he is key on my alt account to get Palp, with Ackbar. If it's bugged I hope they fix it soon...
Perhaps we should flag it to the devs. Might pop @CG_Kozispoon a message...
Oh wow...do the people writing this know anything about the game they've made? The game treats debuffs and other negative effects like tm reduction as an attack...i thought this was pretty well known..
See video link for example.
Bohdi not working:
Ezra working:
(note that he calls an additional assist and not just his single assist from the special ability)
Bohdi: he reduces TM so it shouldn't call assist because it is an attack.
Ezra: I'm not sure if it should call 2 assists. I think just 1
According to the Dev post, "Bohdi has two non-attacking specials and is a Rebel, he’s also a great addition to Akbar lead teams."
Ezra calls one assist normally, under AA he calls two. This can be seen around :25 in the second video when he calls AA twice; also seen around :54 when he calls both STH and AA to assist.

I see, good call. However,I think it is fair to say that they should change the original post up above then. It is wrong written as is and should be corrected.
Yeah, you are right. One dev says they're non-attacking abilities, and another one says they are attacking abilities. Some consistency would be nice.
Taking into account that Bodhi is a very bad toon, maybe they should all consider them non-attacking. The toon would still be rather bad, but maybe a little more usable.
