  It was handed to a few different people and took about a week for me to do. The last agent said it shouldnt have taken so long and apologized. I ultimately called in when all the emailing didnt go anywhere. They did it over the phone within 5 minutes.
  
  It was about a week of emailing back and forth and just one phone call. The phone call was 5 minutes and he said it takes 24-48 hours to kick in, which it did. It went smoothly after I called.
