Baze counter bug

I'm running a galactic war battle, and Baze is countering every time, even after I click reset. He does not have retribution. First image is when I remove taunt and retribution with Nihilis' basic on myf irst attack. Second image is the next attack upon using Kylo Ren's basic. Wedge is lead. I looked through the abilities and couldn't find anything about Baze countering without retribution. I'll keep an eye out for whether this appears again as I haven't noticed it before.

    Thank you, my friend just showed me that. I was looking through Baze's abilities, but did not think to look at Chirrut. Just crazy RNG to make him do it so often with only a 17% chance. Just how it goes.

    Actually it's 17 per enemy doubled for EP cause Empire, so they actually have a 102% counter chance
