Problem with transactions

I purchased the Dooku pack, but after that I recieved the confirmation email for the transaction but I didnt recieve anything in the game. When I try to purchase it again, its says that I already own that pack, that I need to wait for the transaction to be completed or something like that. I have waited for 1 hour but nothing happens

Tap the Gear icon and then Restore Purchases. That should force the game to re-grant the pack.

That sucks. In that case, your only recourse is to contact support and open a ticket. Customer Service can't address issues like this via the forums, unfortunately.

the wierd thing is that the transaction is pending based on google play
